Where it started

A NSW granny flat builder with a one-page site that loaded in nine seconds, no spot in the Google Maps pack, and a Google Ads account burning budget on the word “granny”.

Where it started

Granny Flats X came to us with a one-page website that took nine seconds to load. They didn’t show up in the Google Maps pack for any suburb they built in. Their Google Ads were paying for clicks on the single word “granny”, which brought in the wrong people at the wrong price.

Like every client, it started with the free audit. The audit found all three problems before a single invoice was raised.

The builds we were selling

Real Granny Flats X designs. Every ad, page and post was built around builds like these, never stock photos.

What we did

One team, one plan. Every step built on the last.

What changed

Organic enquiries grew from about 12 a month to 49. The business reached the Google Maps top three across 14 suburbs. The return on ad spend settled at 4.1× once the negative keyword list matured. By month seven, Google’s AI Overviews were citing the site for council approval questions, traffic the business had never competed for.

About this case study

Why do you publish what the client paid?

Because a result without a price isn’t a benchmark. It’s an advertisement. If you can’t see what it cost, you can’t judge whether it was worth it.

Are these results typical?

No result is typical. Markets, competition and starting points all differ. We publish them so you can check any proposal, including ours, against something real.

How did it start?

With the same free audit you can book today. It found the problems before a single invoice was raised.

You could be next.

This started with a free audit. Yours is a few questions away, and you keep the written plan whether you hire us or not.

Takes about 2 minutes. No lock-in, no hard sell.
